[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — speed post non delivery

Sir,
I suppose to receive a speed post which my father had sent from Kerala to Bangalore on 06/03/2009. The speed post number is EL[protected]IN, sent on 5th march 2009. Till now, even after 6 days it is not received. I went and tracked the packet in Vimanapura head Post office in HAL, the answer from one of the staff is that "the new postman cannot locate any of the addressees on time. This been happening last 15days.So we are not sure he could deliver the item". Then he provide me the postman's name & number Gopal [protected] (mobile is kept switch off mode ). I request you to trace it and let me know when it will be received. There are number of letters and packets lying undelivered in the same post office. thanks to the GOI Vimanapura post office staff who given this information.
He too advises not to use Speedpost any more " we all are going mad here"- use DHL or BLUE DART (its ridiculous)
