Not Receive Rto Book — Status of Non delivery article

Dear Sir,
I would like to draw your kind attention that I sent a Summon through Court to SUKALYAN BHATTACHARYA vide speed post registry slip no.: EW[protected]IN and date of posting 18/05/2009. But till date service return was confirmed from your end. To speedy disposal of our case, we need to prove the article was serviced to concerned person otherwise our case will be delayed.
