[Resolved]  Not Receive Rto Book — Undelivery of Speed Post

I didn't get a cheque book dispatched from Federal Bank (Marine Drive, Ernakulam). What the post man did was, he put a letter notifying that no one was there at my home. I saw the letter after some time and immediately went to Post Office (Kaloor, Ernakulam). He was not available there. I reported this to Post Master. The postman did not press the colling bell. He just put a notice stating that there was no one in my home. At that time my family members and myself were there.Due to this I am on verge of losing a loan that was applied.

We cant sit on road and look for postman coming. He didn't even bother to press the colling bell.
