Not Receive Rto Book — Speed Post ET[protected]IN - Acknowledgement not received

Sir, I have sent my original educational certificates through Speed Post(from Post office ,Hosur-Tamil nadu) to Directorate of Teacher Education Research & Training ,College Road, chennai on 29th October 2009 (29/10/2009) at 12.24pm with acknowledgement card attached. I haven't received my acknowledgment card yet. I am not sure whether my certificates have reached Directorate of Teacher Education Research & Training .
