As I understood Speed service In India is tacking maxim 3 days time from bangalore to kanpur uttar pradesh ,based on government assurance i had posted on important land doc via speed post SPEK[protected]IN on 8/12/09 from bangalore and called up bnaglaore speed psot help line to tarck the doc and came to know it reached kanput post office on 11th dec 2009 but no one is ready to delivery document on same day and once they followed for delivries local people stopped picking phone [protected] , and again on 12th dec same follw up started and came to know it will be delivred in 1 hrs after that again caaled them answer check the reason from speed post manager then I called phone [protected] and asked for status answer was already delivered on 11th dec then once I asked question why not delivered this in time and told about recent update he said it will delivered do not worry once I given example of private working and their effeceincy and customer handeling way he said thats why he not joined Private so do not expect private services and disconnected the phone Pls note we are your customer and paid premium on services why some is not resposible and aswerable top such type calls pls change attidute and working custure and privatise help line services to ease delivery operation I am tank ful to Ph NO [protected] some how helped me to know the status of tracking
Pls look in to such daly normal complain may be thousand in numbers for you but only one and very important for individual
