Not Receive Rto Book — non delivery of post

I, Gaurav Arora had posted a very important document to my uncle by Speed Post on 21st Oct 2008. at 16:21 for Punchkula from Gurgaon. Unfortunately it has not reached the destined location and to add to my woes. My Speed post no. is SP EH[protected]IN.

Please help if possible

I am Syed Abdul Aziz,there was a speed post sent from manipal university to regional commissioner office Mysore on 21st of october 2009, the speed post number is EK[protected]IN,it was suppose to reach within 3 days,but it isn't reached to the destination yet. please help me in this regards

The post was to reach within three days but hasn't reached yet.

The Indian post offices are doing well , but it feels very embarrassing to say that the Badarpur Branch Post Office is not working as they suppose to do, they are not delivering most of the post to any one whether it is Speed Post or ordinary at least speed post should reach because post office charges Rs. 25 for the same .if we visit the post office to take the parcel or post they don't even talk politely. this type of behavior i.e non delivering of post cause some one very seriously whether it is financial or other losses it can be admit card for some students but they don't care about the importance of the document.
It is my humble request to you to please do something so that the post can reach the destined places.
