Article number:- EE[protected]IN was posted by speed post from LOHARDAGA post office DATED:- 18/12/2009 To Registar PUNJAB TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY Kaputhala campus, jalandhar , kapurthala highway post bag number:- 01 kapurthala:- 144601. your delivery report showing movement of article. more than 1 & 1/2 months period lapsed but what is the reason that the article has not been delivered to the address aforsaid. the article having notice in it issued by district consumer forum RANCHI. kindly deliver the article or return it to the DISTRICT CONSUMER FORUM RANCHI giving the detail reason that under what circumstances it was not delivered to its destination.
