[Resolved] Not Receive Rto Book — delayed delivery & no acknowledgement or status on tracking

I had sent speed post with P.O.D. on 28/01/2010 (ET[protected]IN). The recipient has told me that he received the letter only on 09/02/2010. A deplorable 12 day delay for paying extra to get speedy service. Its a shame that acknowledgement card is still not received but my recipients reply has come. we have not Received Our Courier, Which Will Come from Nhava Sheva J.N.P.T. to Our Office (Rajankumar & Bros. (I) Masjid.). But We Know The Speed Post No. i.e. EM09312193_6_IN. So please tell us details about the courier on mail Or Our Office No. 40232233 / 34 / 35 / 36. Hope we will get positive response.
