Not Receive Rto Book — THEFT of SPEED POST articles in India

Dear Sir

I am very sorry to sat that even when our Govt is putting in lot of efforts in upgrading the services of SPEED Post but theit is Heavy theft of articles going on on Route from Delhi To BHOPAL .
as this route is covered by Train most probably their is Insider hand in this . they open the big packets remove some quantity of Goods and the re pack in same orignal way they even use same thread to re pack the article, The packet is the delivered to coustomer who realizes what has happened only after delivery. ITS SHAME
