MY SPEED POST NO IS :EM[protected]IN IS NOT DELIVERED

speedpost num f003020, paasport office send on 22/1/09 to gaziyabad, butr tha paasport is not dilei verd till today

Dear Sir, Madam,

I send speed post on 12/3/2009 to Canada in Edmonton. But the document is not delivered till today (25/3/2009) where post offical people told me they will delivered it with in 5-6 days. My delivery receipt no. is EQ[protected] IN. Please reply to me what is the problems. and post officel people told me the canadian website is not opended but this is not my problem after 12days it is not opended it is not posible sir

Kindly help to delivered the document.
