Not Receive Rto Book — Invalid speed post number

Sir,
I have send one important letter to my home town Manipur through speed post on 1/4/2010. But the letter is still not deliver. When i try to track through www.indiapost.gov.in and SMS it is showing invalid number. My speed post number is EE[protected]IN. Since my letter contains very important document kindly do the suggest me any action I can take.

Sir,
I had sent a speed post to Puttaparthi, District-Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh from Alwar, Rajasthan on 05/04/2010.But whenever I tracked my speedpost, it is showed that my speed post number is invalid or no information available and till date I am receiving the same output.My speed post number is: ER[protected]IN.My speed post is containing a very-very important document, so please help me by make me knowing that whether my speed post is delivered or not.If not, where it is? and in how much more time it is delivered?
