[Resolved]  Nova net PC — Poor Performance Systems

This BSNL Nova netPC is very poor in its performance and many weird problems like one cannot select and copy text from PDF docs!!! This is very very annoying. Also it's taking some seconds for zooming in and out the pages!!! The system becomes slow just after opening 3 tabs in firefox browser. It's 512 MB ram only and getting hang up even for 3 tabs is unacceptable. WinRAR files if protected by password CANNOT be opened in this computer!!! Within a month the system got crashed, they serviced the system at free of cost in 10 days & it's all ok. But now the media player is hanging again and again. When in offline, the openoffice documents cannot be opened, this is highly unacceptable. It's not opening the external hard drives also.

FOR THE MONTH MARCH-2010 ON WARDS BROAD BAND NOT WORKING.
NOVA PC PEOPLE SUPPLIED A SYSTEM.BSNL PEOPLE GIVEN MODIUM.
BUT BROAD BAND (INTER NET) NOT WORKING EVEN TO DAY,
IS ASKS BSNL PEOPLE THEY SIMLY TELLING IT'S PROBLEM WITH SYSTEM(NOVA-PC) NOVA -PC PEOPLE TELLING IT'S PROBLEM WITH BSNL LINE.
STILL DATE I AM PAYING BILL WITHOUT ANY SERVICE.
IT'S REALLY A CURSE FOR ME TO HAVING SUCH A IRRESPENCIBLE SYSTEM OVER THIS SCHEME.
SO PLESE LOOK IN TO MATTER.

BSNL NOVA NET PC IS THE WORST IN THE COMPUTER SECTOR NOVA NET PC SHOULD BE BANNED ACROSS THE TAMILNADU, IT WORKED JUST FOR TWO MONTHS PROPERLY AND ITS A WASTE NOW.

BSNL NOVA NET PC SCHEME IS A FIASCO IN HARYANA. AGENTS OF NOVA NET CHEATED CUSTOMERS BY NOT PROVIDING THE PROPER BILL AND THAT AMOUNT IS COMING IN MONTHLY PHONE BILL. ITS A FRAUD OF ITS KIND WHERE BSNL ALSO SEEMS TO BE A PARTY AS NOT ACTING IN INTEREST OF CUSTOMERS. MOST OF CUSTOMERS DIDN'T GET THEIR PCS EVEN AFTER PAYING FIRST INSTALLMENT. AND LASTLY WHO GOT PCS ARE SICK OF THE PERFORMANCE.

Nova netpc bsnl — Not Responding in 3 months

Dear Sir,

I have joined a scheme under nova net pc under bsnl, the worker of nova net said that they will give computer in 25 days but from last three months they are not responding. I have deposit Rs/- 7700 but still i am not receive anything on behalf of my money. They are not attending my phone calls from last two months. Please help me, i am really very-very helpless.
