Sir,
It has been more than two years and I have not got a single paisa out from my hard earned money given to NR Buildcon after my repeated requests to them that i am in finanacial trouble.I have invested 05 Laks in the Plot in manesar.
I am writing this in wake of any hope if there is for a person who has invested all his life's earned money for a small house and has been cheated for the same.
I know that emotions are not relevant here though if somebody can understand the plight of a person who has been cheated out of his hard earned money and can guide me how to take this forward I would be highly obliged.
I have no faith left in the judicial system now seeing all the comments and seeing how the builders can easily ecade the system and there casual attitude towards our Law & Order. Was this information helpful? | 
It was submitted thru Shiva Properties in Noida and its been more than 4 years that we havent received any response till date from the Company nor any officials.
Request you to kindly update me on the status of the project i.e whether any allotment will be made in the near future or there is any possibility of refund of the amount.
