[Resolved]  NSR Housing Pvt. Ltd — Cheating customers

I, P. Niranjan Kumar Booked a plot on[protected] passbook no. is 151,at NSR's Aalankrita is situated at Korada Village, Padmanabham Mandal, Vishakapatnam District.

I paid Rs 10000 cheque No.586921 as advance payment on the same date, and i paid Rs 90,000/- cheque No.350312 on[protected] as they said that the price of the plot 200square yards is 5,00,000 ( Rs 2,500 per Sq yard) Executive of "NSR Housing Pvt. Ltd" named Mr Mahesh mobile No.[protected] and Branch Development officer Named Reddy Mobile No.[protected] approached me and collected the cheques and committed me that they will arrange bank loan and the registration process will be completed in 7working day from the date of payment i.e[protected].

After collecting the money they never turned back to me, i was calling them but they use to not attend my calls, i went and met them directly and asked about the issue, they use to give me wrong commitments and postponed the dates, and finally i was known that there was no kind of bank process going. i clearly told them that if you are unable to arrange the loan kindly reback my money which i paid after 4 months of long waiting,.

Mr Reddy (B.D.O) said that they will deduct 20,000 and will give only 80,000 i asked them that this is not my issue they were unable to arrange the money but they are telling all bull answers and they cheated me, there are several customers who were suffered with "NSR Housing Pvt. Ltd" and Mr Mahesh who gave wrong commitments.

I want to inform public that please take care and dont believe in "NSR-Housing-Pvt-Ltd" NSR's Aalankrita Group these words of executives and lose your money, now i want to proceed legally to resolve this issue.
