I upgraded to Windows 7 on all my computers. I ordered Dragon speech recognition software, as the older version(s) were incompatible with 7.
Although I paid for & was invoiced for version 10.1, functional with Win 7, they shipped version 10. It was even packaged in an old, torn box.
They finally credited my account for the price of version 10.1, but refuse to refund shipping & handling.
As this is THEIR mistake, I feel they should not only refund ALL charges, but should also offer me the version I need, 10.1 at a reduced cost. Was this information helpful? |
