[Resolved]  OAK SYSTEM PVT LTD — PF WITHDRAWAL AMOUNT STILL NOT CLEARED

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am Moin Uddin Yusuf, employee of OAK SYSTEMS PVT LTD, Bangalore. I have a PF account in KR Puram PF office. PF no is – 35721/237. I joined that company on 12th May 2008 after that I left OAK SYSTEM PVT LTD on 30th Sept. 2008. During My Job period company had deducted PF amount Rs. 780/- per month. And deposit to PF office KR Puram.

On dated 5th Jan 2009 I had submitted the PF withdrawal form (FORM 19) & (FORM 3A) along with Company Signature. After that KR Puram PF office Returned back one form (FORM 3A) to me.

In that circumstances still not cleared My PF amount form PF office. Sir/Madam kindly takes my problem and gives solution to me. I am waiting for your answer.
