[Resolved]  Obc — need obc certificate

Now, I am studying in coibatore institute of technology.. (B.E(ECE)). I have applied OBC certificate in the year of 2006. my community is Ayira vaisyar-(chetty)-BC.
At that time my community was not the OBC lists..so that resonly i did not get the obc certificate.
But my community is one part of nagaram(chetty-BC).This community is in the list.I want OBC certificate for my future education..so I requst you give me permission for get my OBC certificate.

note: If you reject my form, please give me full details about the OBC certificate.

Respected Sir, i am belonging to "BADHAI" community. I have an O.B.C certificate which was given to me in the year of 2004. now i want fresh O.B.C certificate but cuttack tehsildar office, orissa told there is a condracdition agniast my community regarding spelling.there is a contractdition between "BADHAI" and"BADHEI".please tell me whether i am eligible to get O.B.C or not and detail information.

obc — i dont get the mobile recharge

today i recharge my phone no. [protected] from my atm card ,but didn't get recharge on my number.
and money is withdrawl from my account.
what should i do in this case?
