Dear sir,
I am vimal from chennai I had applied for a community certificate in sholinganallur taluk office. Before submitting my application they want all the documents and signatures I collected and successfully submitted after that they gave me one token ans asked me to collect the documents one week after. I went to the taluk office one week after to collect my certificate but they told me the certificate is pending because the signature work is not done so they again told me to come tommorrow I know the difficulty to get the job done by an government oFfice so that I accept and went next day morning with full confident but the oFficer who is sitting in the office said one signature was done and waiting for another signature and they inform me to wait for half an hour but you people won't belive me I'm waiting over there for nearly four hours after one person came and simply said me the officer went out so come tommorrow but you won't belive when I was entering that office the same officer was sitting in front of me only I don't know how long will take for put an signature for that also I just laugh because of this officers attitude and went next day but I never imagine when I was approaching the officer for my certificate he said the officer went out for kancheepuram and he will return back by tommoRrow only so come tommorrow I can't said the moment in words nearly one month happen but I didn't receive what I have to do now.

I want to know what is the procedures to file the complaints against them.

Am working for private company how many days I have to permission for this work they deduct my salary for nearly four days now only I know why the common people for approching brokers and one more thing in our district taluk office whenever I use to visit their the unknown peoples also sitting their, as a public I have all the rights to mee the consult person but the third parties sitting and ordering publics this one should avoid totally.

Am expecting the strict rules and regulations to avoind this kind of attitue.

As an officer the thasildar should maintain his office as well as should understand the public requirements if he follows that then it will very usefull for usm

Regards

M.vimal
