i sri Lambodar moharana, belongs to Bhuban tehasil of Dhenkanal district of Orissa. Sir i belongs to caste KANSARI caste code 165 Which included in OBC list.I also have OBC certificate which is issued me in 2003.
Now i want a fresh OBC certificate but my tehasil office donot issue me a fresh one.
so please help me on getting a fresh obc certificate, and oblidge

I am Kishan Rai, S/O Shri Ganesh Rai, a permanent resident of Simsaray Busty, under Gorubathan Block, Sub-division Kalimpong, in the District Of Darjeeling. I have applied for the issuance of OBC certificate three times since 2009 and subsequently attended for the hearing and document verification each time. But surprisingly my application forms got lost in the Block Office Gorubathan ( as told by the staffs of the office). Again, this time I have submitted the Application form (OBCWB01022014/12) for the issuance of OBC certificate online and subsequently submitted the hard copies of the under mentioned documents on 9/01/2015. My problem is that the staffs of the Block office are negligent towards their duties, they say that there is no officer recruited for the backward class development in the office so, the process for the issue of OBC certificate may take a year or two. I am afraid that they may loose my application form even this time as I have seen thousands of application forms carelessly thrown around in the office. I am really in need of the OBC certificate, so, please help me to get the certificate as soon as possible.

1. Application form, 2. Age Proof (Diploma of MP), 3. Voter Id. (self), 4. Voter Id. (father), 5. Income Certificate (father), 6.Residential Certificate, 7. Caste certificate from the Rai Organisation, 8. Family tree, 9. Two reffres' OBC certificate, one being my own sister, 10. Affidavit for the proof of caste, 11. Adhar Card and 12. House hold tax report.
