i personally think, REDIF should be answerable as they also getashare of the profit and weare only patronising such suppliers due to they being refered by redif, rather than indivisuals making indivisual complaints, it would be better that REDIF took the supplier to task,

I have purchase two mini speakers with subwoofer through sify shopping (Order no. S[protected]M). But when I opened the courier materials found damage. I complaint for this to sify customer care they told me to return the materials to OJJAS Enterprises through courier for replacement. I sent this courier on 4th December through blue dart courier (Airway bill no. [protected]). Now eleven days go but i not received my goods. Now you are requested to send my goods as soon as possible for good future relationship.
