I am Umashanker Verma Adv. My Om Gas Service Bulandshahr U.P.'s consumer No. is 36897. I booked my gas for refill on 19 January 2012 but local dealer and his staff misbehaved me badly and did not send my gas refill yet today . I had complaint on help line of Bharat Gas by internet many times whose Feedback Reference Nos. are 161971 and 162415. But Local dealer has not pay any attention on my complaint. So, Please help me in getting my gas refill soon.

The Behavior of Local Dealer & his staff of Om Gas Service of Bharat Gas, Panni Nagar, G.T. Road, Bulandshahr is very bad .They don't cooperate their consumers . They don't give the gas refill to most of their consumers before 40 to 60 days of the last refills .Most often you can see the bad conflict among their staff and the consumers.His staff took extra charges Rs 10/- to Rs20/- on refill at home delivery.I had complaint about it on mobile to his manager but he didn't give ear to my complaint . Please help the consumers immediately .
