[Resolved]  Om Packers And Movers — Charged money for Insurance but didn't provide the insurance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Ilayaraja Mayandi from Bangalore, I shifted my house from Vaishali, Ghaziabad to Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore on 29th April 2011 through OM Packers and Moviers (address : 8337, 3rd Floor, Arya Nagar, Multhani Dhanda, Pahar Ganj New Delhi - 110055, PH[protected]. Totally I payed Rs.20000 for this shifting, out of this I payed an insurance amount of Rs2100 ( @ 3% of items worth of Rs.70,000).

But they didn't provide me any isurance and when ever I ask them for the isurance, they say some lie and till now they didn't provide me any isurance and refusing to return the isurance amount Rs2100 also.

I received all my items on 9th May 2011, In that most of the costly items are damaged and when I tried to claim amount for the damaged item, they are refusing to answer my call and finally they cheated me.

The person who cheated me is Pankaj (mobile [protected] ) and Rakesh Kumar (mobile [protected]) of OM Packers & Movers Noida/Ghaziabad branch.

The important thing is, in their website "http://www.ompackers.com/" its mestioned that they are ISO 9001:2000 certified company. But its looks they are not a ISO ceritified company.

And they mentioned that, they have branches in all over the india, but they don't have any branch in Banglore, they are doing shifting at Bangalore using Idea Packers and Movers.


I have payed all this bills using my HSBC credit card and I have all proper bills.


Please I request you that take serious action on this OM Packers and Movers (Pankaj and Rajesh Kumar).
