airtel is biggest cheater. Today i got to know they are deducting charges for a game service which i never subscribed. I tried calling their customer care and they are deducting charges for contacting customer care representatives which never come online.

All airtel subscriber should immediately check the amount they are paying for value added sevices. They are big cheater and deducting money from their customers accounts
These cheaters are also deducting Rs 1 per day for mobile bazaar. Bloody cheaters think consumer is fool and won't know anything if they deduct Rs 1 per day. Somebody please tell me how to register complaint against them to TRAI. If anybody knows the link to submit complaint to TRAI please share with me.

Very bad and Pathetic company in terms of services. All they can do is collect bills on time and not deliver. Whole country should stop using service from this company.
To deactivate the schemes from Airtel send a message "STOP" to 121 & follow the steps. Airtel is a cheater company. It is very difficult to get back you hard earned money from Airtel. You can contact nodal officer of Airtel. But it is wastage of time Also. These executives are like 'Chikne Ghare' In punjabi chikne ghare are those who say yes sir yes sir but their is no effect on them. You should port from Airtel to another company & immediately send a message of START 0 at 1909 for DND. People who have shared their problems regarding the airtel services being forced upon their cell numbres and charged for the same, has anything happened in their favour ? Or is it still persistent ... if yes, it doesnt make any sense to bug the Customer care department.. because if their main aim is to eat up money from our accounts, they'll do it anyways ...
My name is Arush Nagpal and my number is [protected].I recently bought a new nokia X2-01 qwerty phone with the airtel offer that I would be entitled to use 100 mb gprs on my mobile for free that would be credited every month till 12 months but I am very upset that I was betrayed.For one month there were no extra charges but after 29 days on 20 June 2011, my balance was reduced by Rs.100.For 2 days I was unable to contact airtel on their customer care no. 198.When I chose the option to make a complaint about balance deduction, the call was disconnected.When I got to the customer care executive, I was told that I was using internet from airtel liveand not mobile office due to which I was charged at the rate 30ps/20kb.The fact is that I had myself contacted customer care to send me the internet settings which I failed to receive when the offer was started. Now when I told the executive to send me the correct settings he told me he couldn't and told me to send a message MO to 54321.I didnt receive the settings even after sending the message.Please help me as soon as possible otherwise I would lose a further 100 rs.in the next few days.
