[Resolved]  Online lotteries — Selling price higher than MRP.

Dear Sir,
Am surprised, while visiting the online lottery counters within the state of Nagaland, dealing various type of lottery Games Like Playwin, Subhlaxmi, Dhanlaxmi and many more run by the verious state Govt. How they are making fool to the nagaland people by selling each ticket at Rs. 12/- While MRP is Rs. 11/- And playwin all type of ticket at Rs. 12/- when the MRP is Rs. 10/- or Rs. 11/-. No body taking any action against this type of fraud business. Majority knows that this is a type of gambling above this the lottery operators cheating the people.

Hope most o[censored]neducated and poor people use to play this, for that nobody aware about that.
Hope you people will help the poor and uneducated to save at least giving extra to the lottery operators.
