[Resolved]  Orange Minute Maid Pulpy Orange — Was charged 34 while MRP is 20

I had been to Shamiana Food Court at Infinity Mall Andheri West. Also did visit the other stalls.
I had asked for Minute Maid Pulpy Orange, the price of the juice is 20 but was charged 34/- Rs. Even after objecting MRP they did not listen. Finally I bought it. But also found that other stalls were doing the same.
My question is when it's mentioned Cold Drink and serve chilled then why extra charge for chilling. Also it's not one product but at every shop they sell with extra chilling price.
Why isn't the government taking any action.
