I have purchased one orbitrek basic from teleshop,chennai, through telephone No.[protected]. The machine starts gving noise from 3 rd day onwards. Immedeatly complant lodged through phone[protected]. They informed, within 48 hours complaint will be attended. But till now it has not been attended.I have follow up daily at the above number and they will say today it will be arranged.
My order No.[protected] dated 18th May 2012.
