if the bank has a separate link for complaints.. i think there should also be a person to answer them.. as u can see loads of peple have doubts.. there exam is approching aand they dont have any info.. i too faced the same problem there is no link or perosn to help us.. so i[censored] can answer continue this website or else its simply of no use..
