[Resolved]  Orkut Account — orkut & Redifmail account hacked misused

This is to inform You that my orkut & rediffmail account has been hacked back on 6 th November 2008, I had written a mail to orkut and rediffmail also, but both the account were still operational.
Then the person who hacked the account posted some private information and also abusive stuff on my hacked orkut acccount. This detail has been reported to the cyber crime department in November as well as the recent August 1 st week, 2009.

Please take a note of the same and mail the as to what action can be taken against the hacker legally.
Also the Orkut and Rediffmail company should have closed the account after my repeated complaints
but they have failed to take a note of the same.

Kindly suggest me You feed back or course of action to be taken for the same.

Orkut — Id has been mis used

dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Gulwanjeet Kaur and I am making this complaint regarding my profile on orkut which has been hacked by someone and my personal pictures have been missused by the current user of my profile. My profile name is : [protected]@hotmail.com

I am very upset and mentally i could not concentrate upon my studies. I want you to please help me in deleting my profile.

I am not a user of orkut anymore after someone hacked my id. I try to logon to orkut but it shows me message that the id or password are not correct.

I will be very thankful to you.

open up another account and report ur actual one as a misused one and ask the orkut personal to delete the personally abuseive photos or whatever.. for more and clear explanation..

this is a case of cyber crime under the IT Act, 2000, kindly register a Complaint in the nearst police station so that an FIR can be lodged and accused can be traced out by police by there cyber crime investigation team . then you can file a criminal case for damages. I being a litigation lawyer is workig on such complaints and these are very effective.
