Orkut — i can't add friend

I can't add more friend in orkut
they said that "Addition of friends has been temporarily disabled. "
and also happened this problem in scraping "Posting to this user has been temporarily disabled."

i m nt able to add comment on photos...whenever i try..it shows adding of comments have been disabled..
what to do.??...its really annoying...

in my orkut account the feature of adding friends is temoarary disable. because of that error i cannt happy with ur service but i am sure that this is an system fault becasue i am not able to add friends. so pls help me and solved the problem
