I had purchased a loaf of bread worth Rs 15/- for which I gave the shopkeeper - Oven Fresh Bakery located at Sector 9 Khanda Colony New Panvel West for which I gave Rs 20/- to him. The owner forcefully gave chocolates worth Rs 5/- even though I politely refused to accept the same and asked for Rs 5 change from him. The matter persisted for some time and the owner refused to relent and gave away the chocolates in place of returning change. This has happenned many times in the past and with many of my friends also and hence I decided to lodge a complaint. Strict action has to be taken against the owner for forecful selling.
