[Resolved]  Overnite Courier — delay in delivery of consignment

Dear Reader

I am inclined to write not just because am dissatisfied but also to your information and cognizance that never ever opt for courier service-"overnite couriers"...else your overnite will sooner turn to overwekeends and months. I could well appretiate the dilemma of my colleagues who have suffered to a great extent coz of hopeless service these providers provide to customers in 21st Century...

I register my utmost dissatisfaction with the services when a courier sent through the same services was delivered after 8 days after continuously following up with these people who are no illmanerred and blunt in their answers...I really felt like putting them straight in terms of performance but anyhow could not take it further due to time constraints...

My appeal to all of you is to avoid such services

I completely agree with this comment. I am facing the same kind of issue 3-4th times. They are really irresponsible people, once they have dropped my cheque into the postal letterbox which can be accessible by anyone!!! and even they have not informed my!. This latest incident, according to the bank and their website, courier is out for delivery on 24th Sep and today as on 29th Sep, neither i received the courier not i got any call or intimation from courier services.

Its totally un-reliable courier services in my view.

Overnite Courier — Undelivered Envelope

I requested HSBC bank to send my loan account ststement on May 2nd, 2008. They courier it through "Overnite Couriers".

When I called bank they said it was in transit as of May 7th, 2008.
To my surprise when I try to track the courier in their website, it doesn't displayed any results.

I complained the same to the bank amd they said they were able to see that the courier is in transit.

I had even tried to contact this courier people through phone...they never answered the call.

I never saw such a hopeless courier service till now.
