overseas express delivery company — pay 1,150 us dollar to the custom

i just want to ask from your bureau if its really true that there is a with hold parcel in your office there in malaysia just this day because the money was detected inside the parcel...so i have to pay charges for it which cost1,150 dollars...i just want to know if its true..coz how come that it was approved in london and hongkong as well but when it reached in malaysia it was detected that there is money inside the parcel...
