I am in unacceptable situation regarding a ticket cancellation process.
Now I tell you in details, which happend with me, I booked a flight ticket for 3 passengers on 19 sep 09 by indigo 6E283, the passenger’s names are Mr. RamanLal Agarwal, Mrs Radha Devi Agarwal and Dharamveer Agarwal. The trip id was 24956 & PNR No VGSMCT. Some how only Mr. dharamveer Agarwal wanted to cancel his journey for this. I communicated with oxitravel customer care on[protected].
I took all the information regarding ticket cancellation like cancellation charges & refund amount etc to pooja ji from customer care. Next day on 29/10/09 she told me that Rs. 850/- (750 Rs. Airlines Cancellation Charges + 100 Oxitravel Cancellation Charges) was deducted from one passenger ticker, she also gave me the complaint no. which was 3427712 & suggested me to mail on jyoti.[protected]@bcubeit.com & give her complaint no & passenger trip id after do this your ticket will be cancelled in between 24-48 hrs. I did the same on 30/10/09 at 2:09 pm & 31/10/09 at 4:10 pm too from my e-mail ID ydvrahul.[protected]@gmail.com to jyoti.[protected]@bcubeit.com & also attach the Mr. Dharamveer Agarwal’s ticket & mention clearly that plz cancel only Mr. Dharamveer Agarwal’s journey.
After this process on 2/11/09, I got a SMS on my mobile no [protected] at 17:53:58 his that Rs. 8374/- have credited from my Oxiwallet. At once I called oxitravel Customer care & communicate Mr. Chiranjeet & told him all the matter. He requested me that after 10 min. I will call you back & he called me back and told me your only one passenger ticket has cancelled & Rs. 6150/- has debited from the credited amounts 8374/- and your other 2 passenger’s ticket have safe. I have checked my oxiwallet account & found there were Rs. 6150/- have auto debited from Rs. 8374.
Now I thought that the process was competed & I told my customers that your work was done your ticket has been cancelled.
But the problem has been arised on the Airport Delhi on 5/11/2009 when rest to passengers Mr. RamanLal Agarwal and Mrs. Radha Devi Agarwal (both are Senior Citizens) of Indira Gandhi Airport, Delhi, they Indigo Counter.
Came to know that his ticket has been cancelled. On this problematic situation Mr. Ramanlal Agarwal called me & told me what happen with him. I was shocked. I was cancelled only Mr. Dharamveer Agarwal ticket & why Mr. Ramanlal & Radha Devi suffer then I called again all the executives like oxitravel customer care, oxygen area manager and jyoti kataria & others but all the people did not give me any satisfactory or positive response.
Sir at this situation what can passenger do? He complained only his agents & replied his customer when he also in dark. I did not expect this situation. My customer Mr. Ramanlal again paid 11000/- Rs. Onwards for a new ticket from Indigo counter.
Sir this process my customer has very much disappoint, he suffered mental and financial condition & complained me continuously. In all the matter I paid my customer Rs. 15000/- cash. You can say it’s a fine on a travel agents. I suffered my customer’s negative attitude. He think that I broke his trust but now can I?
When Mr. Chander Customer Executive from Indigo Customer Care told me that the ticket has been online cancelled by Oxitravel on 31/10/2009.
Oxitravel customer care executive include Jyoti kataria misguidance trouble me as well as my customer too, we both feel cheated please take a strong step & tackle out this whole matter.
Now Sir please told me who is responsible for all this matter? Why do I suffer? Please give me satisfactory response otherwise I’ll never trust on your Company.
