[Resolved]  oxygen — no services

we have gone through big losses due to booking railway tickets through oxigen ( oxirail ) one of there railway ticket booking portal.
after making many complaints in there customer care office they are unable to solve there problem and are very ignorant.
i need help to cover all my losses and teach them a lesson.
