[Resolved]  OYSTER BATHTUBS/BATHROOM FITTINGS — non availability of parts yet product sold

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT OYSTER BATH FITTING/APPLIANCES PEOPLE BELIEVE IN SELLING OFF THEIR INCOMPLETE PRODUCTS TO UNSUSPECTING CONSUMERS. I bought Alphuzia model of Jacuzzi bath tub for > 80,000 rs from them and nobody bothered( or conveniently forgot ??) to inform that a small plastic pipe was presently not available because of which it lay uninstalled in my bathroom for more than a month. After repeated calls to a Mr.Vikas, a Mr, Gera and their call centre + the customer care manager i was informed that since i was not living in the house presently therefore i should not be "so much " bothered and they would have hurried it up if i had been living in the house !!!.
There are several other mistakes they committed but suffice it to say that please consider other choices before thinking of buying from Oyster...

... Just ten months o[censored]se and Now it has developed bubbles in two areas (plastic is poor quality ??). ! Have complained several times and they say we will get back to you, but there is no response. really regret buying this.

My bath enclosure door and wheels were broken and replaced thrice in last two years because of poor quality of wheels they put in, giving verbal guarantee of 6 months which did not last that much (Infrequently used bathroom) Recently again wheels needed to be replaced as advised by their technician. when contacted they washed their hands saying this product(Daniel) does not belong to them and they will not attend it. Now question arises why did they replace the parts thrice before if this product did not belong to them? Just for money?. On asking this question they just said it was the mistake on their part. Can this mistake happen thrice in a such a reputed company.
