[Resolved]  Ozone Evergreen — Unprofessional company

This is to inform all of you who have booked in the Ozone evergreen and later canceled their bookings.

Ozone has played a game of sending agreement directly printed on stamp papers with lot of surprises like the "J" block due to which lot o[censored]s canceled our booking. They deducted the price of "Stamp papers" as well from our booking amount citing that it can't be canceled and we will have to bear the price.

I finally able to get these stamp papers canceled (legal deduction is 20% in Karnataka) and got the money back finally.

Therefore, please be aware that these stamp papers can be canceled if you are still under the impression that it can't be.

so many time I got bad response from ozone group
They are not understanding customer problem ..very arrogant attitude.
No proper answer of any Email and calls..
Just blaming each other in team...we always waiting for answer...


Please DO NOT BUY FLAT FORM OZONE GROUP...

I found Ozone Group very unprofessional, and do not recommend buying property from them at all.
I purchased a flat from them at Ozone Evergreens 2 years back.

Reasons for calling them unprofessional:
- The project is very very delayed, we were promised Aug 2011. As of this post, there is still NO committed date of completion from them, and the progress of the site is extremely slow compared to other builders who are building on the same road.
- NO communication for the customer from their side in the last 2 years about project progress except for demand letters asking for money
- Promised basic customization of apartment while booking as a given, however not even switch locations allowed to be changed, response rude
- Very rude staff, bad attitude for customer service professionals
- Staff keeps changing, every new person says they don't know what the previous person said
- Theyve taken 85% of the money and we still dont know when we will get our house! Can you imagine the nightmare for those paying EMIs and house rents and planning for tax exemptions

Yes. Very true. You can check the date when 1st comment was posted inn June 2010 and now its June 2012 and there are no committed dates from ozone yet. It is practical that a Large project can be delayed by few months but here we are talking more than 2 years and still no visibility. Would suggest any new customer in any of Ozone project to check the status and quality of Ozone Evergreens before putting there money...

very true, I booked a flat which they had to hand over in December 2011, but now they are telling that it will be delivered in Sept 2013.they are not willing to pay compensation as I have paid one of the installment late, but that because they did not send any mail for that. I don't know what to do now. please help.

No respect to customers... never ever recommend anyone to invest in their project...they always ready to give lame reason for delays..not sure if I get my flat before 2015 which is promise to handover in DEC 2011..

A very unprofessional company with lack of transparency in their activity and communication. They have collected 90% of the cost when the project is 50% completed. Even Sept 2013 deadline given by them looks difficult as there are no activities at the site for EFGH tower.
We should take them to consumer court to demand justice.

Has anyone filed a legal complaint against ozone group for the compensation? There is a delay of 4 days from my side in making the payment but there is a delay of more than 18 months from ozone group and still now i havent got the appartment. They are not ready to pay the compensation amount. I needed to know that anyone has filed a complaint or not?

they continue to delay the EG project ..nothing matters to them as they continue to give fresh delivery dates...unprofessional ..stay away if they are willing to give your flat free of cost..

already around 40+ owners have filed consumer complaints in State consumer forum against this builder for delay compensation .Fell free to proceed legally and can guide you accordingly.

Already verdicts are coming out against this builder in consumer forums.another 45 verdicts will come in the next 2 or 3 months.

Our experience is similar to that written by umailnikhil to the T.
We booked a flat with them in chennai in 2009, with payment completed by 2011, we still haven't been able to take possession of our unit. Very very unprofessional builder with crappy construction standards. The supervisors and managers keep changing, making our follow up job extremely difficult.
Delays after delays, damaged fixtures, flooded bathrooms, water damaged walls are some of the issues we noticed in our apartment. We are anyone reading this to stay away from Ozone group's properties, its not worth the trouble they put us through.

Construction quality is very bad in their apartment complex's in bangalore and also chennai.

Evergreens project, they have spoiled to the maximum and left the premises well before the warrenty period.
Beware of such a builder. Dont get attracted by their long list of amenities and colourful brochures.

Visit and talk to residents living in their projects, you will know the reality.

Since my family and I have recently relocated to Bangalore, a home within a township made perfect sense. Security and a certain standard of lifestyle is automatically taken care of here. That's why I loved the place when I went to see it.

No stars, not handed over flat for 8 years, many of my friends and known people made the mistake of buying here. please don't get trapped. Beware, they are cheaters ..
