I send one courier on 04 Jan 2010 from pune to asansol (WB). It took 07 days to reach up to kulti near by the addressee, not yet reached to the receipent till date. The ccs do not bother to further confirmation about the courier status. Our company a reguler users of your service if this is the condition how do you like to continue the same. Will you mind to look in to the matter?
