I Pravesh Garg is also having the same problem with there project Pal city park Sector 95, Gurgaon, After great persuance builder agreement was issued by them on dated 30 dec09, but even after alapse of more than one year time nothing has been done for this project.They are also not ready to refund the money.
I am agreed with all the customers complaint, Pal Group is a big cheater and faurd company. I am suggest to all of you file a case joint in Company Law Board under section 58 (f).

I want to caution everyone not to fall in the trap laid by pal builder and their claims about the projects getting started. Their only intention is to cheat the people and are in the process to show some construction to again take the money from the trapped victims.
They are not making any refund to people and their cheques are getting bounced.
Even if they ask for money do not pay at any cost and do not fall into their tactics if they ask you to shift to another project and pay the money.
Already lot of cases are in the court and day is not far when all these fraudsters Shagun Bhagat, Manav Chandra, Harpal singh will be under the bars.
The day will come when these fraudsters and their families will repent the comforts enjoyed by them by looting the people’s hard earned money.

I agree, i have also invested in PAL garden villa in Jan 2007 and i am still not sure about the land and any activities performed by them. I have not even got any communicatino from them. I have been allotted with Villa number and they have sent the contract to sign. When returned post signing the contract they have still not sent the complete contract. When contacting they say that it is with Triveni and land deal with triveni is still unresolved. They are not taking any measure to listen to the customers and do something for them. They people particularely, Dr Kumar, Puneet, Sudhanshu, Murli and Malik have been misleading me from the beginning. This is totally unacceptable.

EOW has seized all their land through Court & soon their promoters will be arrested.EOW has finally actioned after numerous reminder from last two year.
I have invested in two plots of their Neemrana township and till now neither the project came nor the money has been refunded by these cheat & fraud builders.
They tried to fool the public again by showing resupmtion of construction work in their Faridabad projects and trying to extact more money from the pubic, now all been halted.
The court has seized their land and soon their properties will be autioned by the liquidator and money released will be refunded to the complaints.
All those who has been cheated by this Fraud builder are requested to contact the EOW at the earliest along with all the original documents and EOW will seize the documents and provide you with Seizure Letter. All are request to approach office of Inspector Vinod Gandhi at Mandir Marg EOW Building.
Now we hope that after years of fight, soon these fraudsters will be behind the bars.

I wanted to invest with Pal Group at Jaipur-Ajmer Project.
