[Resolved] Pal Group — villa fraud

Sir i have booking one 150 yards villa at Sector 78 Faridabad with Pal Group in Feb 2007. They shown us the papers of the land. but after 2 years of booking they told us that this land is not alloted to us so we are shifting the area from sector 78 to sector 89 faridabad. but we were interested only in sector 78. so we wnt there for the refund of our money. they told us that they will give post dated cheque of one year date. sir how we rely on them in that matter. till date they dont have remove even a stone from the land. sir i have given sum of Rs 350000/- as a booking amount. kindly suggest me that how i can process the matter and get back my money Was this information helpful? action is the way out he cheated my dad which i came to knw today only ... some one has to take the inniciative i am takin it ...they wont give the money i had long talks with mr . kumar .. they told me same thing ... 1 year scheme ... I also have paid 3.5L towards the booking of 150 Yards villa. Not even a single brick is laid on the same. Now I want to get a refund than company is asking for an NOC from the Agent who got the same booked and also they are informing that the cheque will be dated one year from today's date.. Lets all put a complaint towards the same.

I am agree all the complaints are genuine about Pal Group. It has also made fraud with Bhiwadi Area. It has booked more than 100 Flats in Bhiwadi. While truth is that they have no Land in the name of Pal Group in bhiwadi area.

I adviced to everyone beware from Pal Group. because it is one Biggest Fraud group

Is there any buyers forum so that a complaint against the pal group for frauds made in city park, gurgaon, etc. Would make sense for all buyers get together and file a complaint against them
