[Resolved]  Pal Group — Pal Group - refund fraud / denial

Dear friends,
It is well established by now that pal group is cheating us in broad day light. It is also well known to us that a scam of crores does not take place without nexus of administration, police , banks etc. Trying to get releif from same people in quick and easy way is nothing else but living our fear of going to courts. The sooner we come to terms of actually accepting that we are truely trapped and there is no easy way out, we will be stronger.
The court will not file a PIL for this cause. A criminal case can make you punish the culprit but does not compensate for your losses. the refund or compensation is out of court settlement which usually occurs after a non bailable warrant is issued. Which you can understand in this given situation, issuance of a non bailable warrant by court is less likely. My objective is to get my money back as quick as possible. The right approach will be to file a civil representative suit. A representative suit is one in which a group is joined as one party after court is satisfied that they have been cheated in same way. People with common cause and situation demand similar releif from same defaulter. person/company. Acceptance of case a representative suit in itself is half the battle won. Once a representative party is formed and suit is filed, then any further remaining person with similar situation, interested in joining the group is not allowed to join the suit by law. So I request people who share same view as mine to join hands at earliest and form a group. The moment I have sufficient people as required by court ( the number is not fixed, it is decided by court) i will proceed as determined.
