Pan card — NONE RECEIVING OF PAN CARD

My PAN card details are as below i have received my pan no. before almost 1 year but i dont have receive my pan card yet please look into this asap. i am in urgent need of PAN card..

I havd applied for Pan card for my friend dt. 11 september 2008, till now we have not received the PAN Card. Could you please let us know why such delay in processing for the PAN card application. Acknowledgement No.[protected] and processing fee coupan no.[protected]

the acknowledgement no. is 18582635 and once i went and enquired about the purpose they gave me tha pan No.i, e BDEPS8573G but more then 12 times i am been requesting them to send me the pan card i am not getting any reply from them kindly do check the same and revert me

So far I have not received my PAN card.but your allowted me pan no. is BCRPK9113N, We are tracking through internet.

Please let me know how I can get my PAN card and the reason for such long delay.
