I applied for the withdrawal of PF account from my previous organization (Pantaloon Retail India LTD. From september 2009 to april 2013)
On may 15th 2013 to Mr dhusanth (HR.pantloons). I am checking for update on my claim status through online but it is remain No record found. I had call to Mr . dhushanth so many time regarding My PF status He says I do not know About The same. I am trying to reach EPF kandivali Mumbai by telephone they required Receipt Sleep From my previous organization. But Mr. dhushanth Says "We do not Provide any Receipt".

Now I again trying to reach Mr. dhushanth but he is lifting the call.but he has resigned the company
I tried every phone number listed on the EPFO website but no one has picked the phone yet.
