I had bought a dress worth 4000/- , discounted price 2000/- after promise and commitment by the manager that he would alter it to my size. After making payment their take on the deal has changed.
Despite visiting the place for four times still my problem remains unsolved...they are not stitching it to my Size !!!!
Their Excuse is that they do not replace after payment made!!!! The shop being new, they are unaware for the illogical reasons they make can heavily hurt their brand image and name.
After visiting Four times, giving them ample time for alterations, Pantaloons has miserably failed to meet the customer requirement. I feel like i am fooled by them.
The question remains that change in behavior from Pantaloons after making payment is justifiable ?.
The dress purchased is Silk pink colored Indian outfit. My fit was Small, however it was a bit tight on shoulders, so the manager over their requested me to buy the Medium size and he then will perfectly match to the Small size fit .
On this commitment i made a payment of 2000/-, soon after it was made they did made changes in the dress but the fitting still remained a issue and the dress in totality looked clumsy and too loose to wear for me. Now if i tight it it will torn as the material is very delicate silk.So after so many endeavours i asked for a replace.
So on the fourth visit to Pantaloons i requested them to replace the same. After denial from Pantaloons, initiating a hot discussion , all said and done they are adamant saying it is not possible to replace under Pantaloons policy.!!!!!
Every time the common man is fooled by such transactions and deals!!!!
Please help me for the same. I have made mind not to compromise on my size fit.
