The TABLET is not been working since it has been delivered to me due to some technical problems. I have sent mails/contacted Pantel but of no use.
When we starts it, it again and again coming to start menu.it starts it PentaL visual guide and do not move above of it.
please replace it.

I received BSNL Pantel Tablet T-Pad IS701RB on July-2012, is not working since it has been delivered to me due to some technical problems.i am visit service centre in Vijayawada named as sree laxmi ganapathi communications and they lodged a complaint as LOGO IN DISPLAY HANGING under job sheet no PANT/COA/12/7/04/003, the problem not rectified, place complaint to pantel technologies for replace the instrument under job sheet no PANT/COA/12/07/28/0034.NOW IAM Approached to service centre for instrument, they said as the agreement terminated so please pickup the instrument.so please guide me how to get new tablet from yours
