First I got the issue about touch screen on my Bsnl penta is709c tablet, i submitted my product at Ahmadabad service center on 22nd july, which I got on 2nd august AFTER 40 DAYS, and still in damaged condition, no repairing was done on that, and on that day I re-submitted that , and still today I doesn't get any feed back, they have worst technical team and worst customer service team, which uses abusive language also, sir please help me, one of them said me that , "We will not give your tablet back do what ever you want" sir please help me to get out of this, its my mistake that i bought my tab from this dammit company. please help me i will be highly oblidge to you,.
