HI I AM DEEPAK KUMAR FROM FARIDABAD. I HAVE BOOKED A TABLET FROM PANTEL TECHNOLOGGY.THEY CONFIRMED MY BOOKING & SEND ME A CHALLAN TO PAY THE AMOUNT. IN THIS MAIL THEY PROMISED TO DELIVER THE TABLET IN 24 TO 96 HOUR AFTER RECEIVING THE PAYMENT.I HAVE SUBMIT THE PAYMENT IN PNB BANK ON 21.05.2012 & ON 24.05.2012 THEY CONFIRMED THE RECEIPT OF PAYMENT .BUT AFTER THAT THEY DOES NOT REPLY THE MAIL & WHEN I CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE # THEY ARE GIVEN CONFUSING REPLY LIKE WAIT FOR 10 MORE DAYS. KINDLY SOLVE MY PROBLEM MY PHONE NO & EMIAL ID IS AS FOLLOW AS ;-
