[Resolved]  Parsvnath Developers Ltd — refund of money with interest

That as per the agreement, the company were required to execute and construct the mall/shops as per the contractual drawing and specifications represented at the time of booking, but to surprisingly us company have erected the column at the entrance of the shop and the ATM’s in front of the shop to exploit the space for your own commercial advantage, despite knowledge that the space was already promised to my client in terms of agreement. Alteration to the drawing of the Mall has blocked the face of shop rendering it commercial non viable and the inner side opening is completely ruined by column erected by company in the middle of the showroom was neither part of the plan given represented and demonstrated at the time of booking nor this was ever consented by us. The Company have neither consulted nor informed us before making such a vital alteration in the plan to his detriment( We have all the proofs regarding this) and also they are maintaining our file too.
For this they called sevral meetings with mr sureshji mr RC guptaji Mr sunit sachar,over and above proposal made by the directore mr rajeev jain they pulled back their words too several meetings but after aproving the matter they again refuse to do the same. Now the moto of ours are fully renuied and the showroom become storerom (shop).we suffred heavy lossese as we took a loan of rs 3300000/ from two banks on which we already paid 1700000/- as interest and the principal is outstanding this rnuied my family life too
