[Resolved]  Parsvnath-Pleasant — delay in project

PARSVANTH ARE WORST BUILDERS. no one is ready to reply mails or phone calls. its been 5years when i booked flat in parsvnath dharuhera. Mr Anuj, Mr Madan & Mr Maheshwari JUST DO NOT HAVE ANSWERS. how will they feel when they take loan and buy flat and get same attitude from their builders ? shame on them. they blame management. they saying management not doing anything. no letter or phone call to why work was stopped for 3-4 years? nothing has been done on the site. no development. IT TOTALLY OUR LAW POLICY FAULT. had been strict laws, no builder will dare to play with customers. LAWS NEED TO CHANGED. and sever punishment should be given to such builders and their working management. really sad. loan and debt has made my life hell. and these builders are sitting and enjoying. you can call parsvanth on[protected] and get mobile numbers of Mr Anuj, Mr Madan & Mr Maheshwari. they are GM and manager taking care of dharuhera project.

Parsvnath builder should be banned from India at the earliest. This builder is nothing but a group of irresponsible thugs. The same thing (increased area) have been done in their all project in Noida and Gr. Noida. So it is there common practice to get money out of people. Mr. Jain does not believe in goodwill etc. I have stopped almost 20 new customer from being getting trapped with this thug builder. Also as God see everyone, this builder has got so much financial crunch that 90% of its projects are on hold and construction is stopped. One more interesting this about this builder is 'The Maintenance of the Complex' - This builder has got some maternal family members who are given the authority to manage the apartments complex the co. name is Basundhra, these guys just take money from you (monthly maintenance ) and do the work only for 10% of that money. In most of the parsvnath projects the residents are being harassed by this agency for the money which residents are not supposed to pay. like (electricity charges during construction). So Don't think this builder will be here in the news for long.

I had booked a flat in the parsvnath Pleasant -dharuhera in 2006 and even in 2009 they have not started the construction of the flats. I hv written to them for a refund of my deposits but, they refused to give refund of the same. Pls let me know how to go about it and is there any way we can get the refund of the same.
