I have applied for pas port on 07 10 2008 but still police inquiry did not come. i am worried . therefore i can help help by RTI form. so you should send my work ahead as soon as possible.

I have submitted an application for passport on 18th of June at Osmania Post office and my police verification was over within 15 days. But I got a letter from passport office requesting to submit duly signed affidavit in support of my date of birth which I have done in the month of September itself after waiting for a certain period I checked my status online and it is same as before i.e., 'IT IS TO REGRET THAT DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES THE DISPATCH OF PASSPORT HAS BEEN DELAYED AND WILL NOW BE DISPATCHED IN A WEEK'S TIME'. Every time I check online status it is showing this message.Please let me know the reason for delay in issue of Passport.My details are furnished below:

Passport was expected to despatched by 13th Feb .whn i checked your website i came to know that my passport was not yet despatched the reason it shows is " Police report not yet received" as we came to know there is no need for police report as i have enclosed verification certificate done by Mr. T Prabhakar Rao.

As I have not received my passports until now, I shall be thankful if you would expedite the delivery. I shall remain thankful if you would reply me about the progress in this case.

I am writing to you in reference to my passport status which has been pending since quite sometime.

I have checked my passport status online and it says that the police report has not been received yet. I would request you to please check into this and update me on when will I receive my passport as its been more than a month and a half and I have no updates.

my son submitted passport for extension of validity one year to ten years but unfortunately not received uptill now file no m007823 dt 21.4.2009 syed afroz ahmed status others shown but interior computers shows police enquiry not received though it was completed and on their letter head i submitted nos 876 serial no 29 dt 14.5.2009 p.r.o promised 5 days but nothing happend so far appointment was not given though i requested to meet r.p.o wrote several letters to him nothing done so far

my sons visa ready for qatar sponsor so angry says will cancel if not coming immediately please do something need this job badly no earning lot of problems no other member in the family supporting us i am only earning member of the house only son

PASSPORT OFFICE — Passport delay without valid reason

I had applied for the passport on 1stApril-2008 with file refrence no-A010330, Bhubaneswar, when I was studying there.I have completed my study after 2 months of my application.Due to carelessness of Special Branch Officer, my Police verification was kept incomplete for around 10months.For the same I had visited three times to Bhubaneswar(Orissa) from my hometown Ranchi(Jharkhand)
Recently, I had visited Special Branch(cuttack), I met with special branch inspector(puri) & visited three times passport office.After so much struggle, finally on 4th May, It was said that all thing is clear & passport is expected to be dispatch on 25th May.It was said that to be 101% sure that I will get my passport.Now the current status is File Reference Number (BHU-A[protected] is either wrong or Information NOT available .I have send one of my friend who was on visit to bhubaneswar to know the matter.It is said to him that 10th certificate is needed & that is be original.This means again I have to visit Bhubaneswar from my hometown, which is going to be fourth trip after passport application.Moreover, I have deposited all my documents but for what they again asking.
One more thing is that my college is going to be closed from 12th may.If passport do not reach their prior to the vaccation, passport will get return back to Passport Office & to collect the same again I have to move to Bhubaneswar.Please Please help me & say them to isue my passort and that is to be before 12th May.
