Passport — My passport not delivered

My passport file no. H018604/08 has been not recieved by me in gorakhpur. The status says that: pasport has been despatched on 12.12.2008 vide postal registration no D795910, its already 19 dec..n i have not recieved it.please help me. i have an appointment with embassy on 22 nd dec

dear sir/madam

this venkata ramana polaka.i applied passport in the month of Feb 2011 and my police enquiry also completed.but my passport apllication status is showing "police report is not recieved"
but police man gave the file number :hydw/hs450225/2011.


please verify my application status.
